Qualification & Experiences
-Bachelor’s degree (B. Com) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
-Proficiency in Zoho or similar accounting software.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
As The Associate, Finance, you will:
1. Invoice & Expense Management
-Verify invoices, expenses, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
-Process payments to vendors and employees, ensuring correct tax deductions.
-Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to financial policies and best
practices.
2. Accounting & Payroll
-Record expenses, receipts, and payments accurately in Zoho.
-Process salary payments and generate payslips in a timely manner.
3. Donation Receipt & Fund Utilization Reporting
-Prepare donation receipts and maintain records for 10BD compliance.
-Assist in preparing fund utilization reports on a monthly/quarterly basis or as per donor requirements.
4. Taxation & Compliance
-Prepare TDS (Salary & Non-Salary) workings and challans on a monthly basis.
-Ensure timely filing of TDS returns on a quarterly basis.
-Issue Form 16/16A to employees and vendors.
