Qualification & Experiences
● A bachelor’s degree in any field
● 0-2 years of work experience
● Previous experience leading / supporting projects to successful outcomes
● Highly proficient organizational skills and attention to detail
● Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals
● Ability (and excitement) to be resourceful in the face of uncertainty
Responsibilities
Providing Executive and Administrative Support to the CEO:
● Manage the CEO's priorities and time through effective scheduling, assistance with meeting preparation and coordination of travel arrangements
● Conduct research and develop key presentations for the CEO
● Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO with staff, donors and other external stakeholders
● Provide research and analysis on key ventures, meetings, and other preparatory items.
Implementation and Operations Support:
● Support with implementing systems across HR and Finance, including updating policies and contracts and helping process invoices and reimbursements
● Manage the logistics and coordination of key organizational events
● Take on a variety of short-term projects to support the CEO and other teams
● Project manage team spaces, meetings, and organizational priorities
Associate, Office of the CEO
Summary
The Associate, Office of the CEO will work directly with the Founder and CEO and thought-partner with him to enable efficiency and smooth decision making in all areas of the CEO's work. The role will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and prioritizing time and effort. The Associate will also play a key role in supporting implementation and operations efforts not only for the Founder, but across the organization. The Associate will have a bird's eye view of the organization across teams and will have the opportunity to contribute towards building The Circle by taking on a variety of projects.
