Qualification & Experiences
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics or Data Analytics.
- 3-5 Years of relevant work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, Research or Analytics.
- High level of proficiency in using analytics tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and reporting/visualization tools such MS Power BI, Tableau or MS PowerPoint.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as creative thinking skills.
- High level of proficiency in verbal and written communication, reporting and presentation skills.
- Experience of working in complex, multi-stakeholder environment, including senior external stakeholders preferred
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and be effective under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated expertise in designing qualitative and quantitative studies, in-depth knowledge about research methodology and analytics
Responsibilities
As The Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Technology, you will:
- Define and fine-tune the organization’s theory of change, logical frameworks, and M&E processes, helping The Circle grow into an evidence and outcome-based nonprofit organization.
- Set up and manage systems and processes to capture and optimize data collection from the organization's programs and beneficiaries.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis efforts, working to convert raw data into actionable insights.
- Conduct site visits at The Circle Incubation and Labs entrepreneurs and participants sites to collect data, analyze insights, and assist on-the-ground effort to help develop individualized M&E frameworks.
- Create insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Define The Circle’s roadmap to automate its M&E systems, and implement relevant systems, and software to enable this vision.
Manager, M&E
Summary
As Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Technology, you will be responsible for leading the Monitoring and Evaluation for The Circle’s flagship programs (Circle Incubation, Circle Labs, and Circle U). You will be responsible for developing and improving the organization’s M&E frameworks and processes, collecting and analyzing program data, and reporting organizational outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will set up and manage tech based processes, software decisions, and systems to help programs optimize data collection, analysis and reporting.
