- 2+ years of experience in the Education sector
- Excellent project management and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal

Responsibilities
As The Program Manager, Incubation your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the co-design and implementation of the following touchpoints
a. School and after school visits
b. Masterclasses
c. Module closings
d. Therapy support
- SOP implementation of Microgrants and Functional Needs
- Lead facilitator prep and management for sync (in-person) modules
- Coordinate on-ground logistics for sync modules
- Manage input level M&E data and collection of output level data
- Work with Senior Manager Incubation to analyze and use data for redesign of Incubation curriculum and pedagogy
- Manage Incubation LMS and support Entrepreneurs in using the LMS
- Lead the design, collation, and communication of the monthly Incubation Newsletter
- Manage end-to-end communication with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence for modules

Summary
The Program Manager, Incubation will oversee the end-to-end project implementation of a high-rigour Incubation Program for Entrepreneurs launching reinvented schools and after-school initiatives. This role requires expertise in managing multiple responsibilities including event management, stakeholder management (entrepreneurs, facilitators and partner organisations), communication, administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
