Senior Manager, The Circle Incubation Program

Program

Summary

Through the two-year Circle Incubation, we will recruit, select, and develop entrepreneurs
who aspire to reinvent both schools and after-school centres. Circle cohorts of
entrepreneurs will visit innovative schools across the country and the world; serve in an
apprenticeship with an existing school; and engage in rigorous content facilitated by
innovation coaches and experts from across industries.
The Incubation Senior Program Manager co-leads the execution and thought
partnership of the two-year Circle Incubation Program. Together with the Head of
Program, this person will ensure Entrepreneurs-in-Residence are equipped with the
knowledge, skills, and mindsets to design, launch and run innovative schools and after
school programs. In pursuit of that change, they will project manage the core
incubation; facilitate partnerships to accelerate progress; deliver sessions; and coordinate any activity needed to ensure success. This role is based out of Mumbai.
