Vivek Kaushik

After spending eight years in the corporate world (in both engineering and banking), Vivek joined the Teach For India Fellowship where he met his co-founders. Together, they taught Grades 9 & 10 before starting Claylab. Vivek is a strong advocate for student agency and the power of community and volunteering. Over the last four years, he led his team to establish an online One-to-One Mentorship program for nearly 4000 students leveraging more than 1000 working professionals as volunteers.

The School of Entrepreneurship, an after-school model, aims to provide a platform for students to simultaneously showcase their leadership skills and address community issues. It will be a six-month Incubation program for young changemakers. Their goal is to incubate & nurture at least 10,000 young change-makers from 200 schools over the next 5 years.
