Aarshiya Chaudhry

Aarshiya has 10+ years of experience in applying design principles to achieve transformational student outcomes, end-to-end implementation of entrepreneurial projects, building and executing leadership development practices, as well as stakeholder investment and collaboration across intersectional communities. Most recently, she led New Initiatives at Uable - a community and interest based social network for ambitious teens, focusing on bringing concepts to reality through 0 to 1 envisioning, roadmapping, and executing. Before this, she led program and product strategy at Quarter Zero - an incubator for GenZ founders in Santa Barbara, California. She began her career as a 2012 Teach For India Fellow, where she taught 55 3rd graders before becoming a Program Manager. Aarshiya has an MBA from Yale University's School of Management, and a Bachelor in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University's Shri Ram College of Commerce. In her free time, Aarshiya writes about Design and the human experience. She has travelled to 25 countries but will not stop till she has hiked all the meadows, visited all the ruins, and petted all the world’s dogs, cats, and snakes.
