Qualification & Experiences
At least 1 year of full-time work experience — bonus points if you’ve worked in the social impact space, education, or anywhere ideas meet people.
A bachelor’s degree in any field — we’re curious about your thinking, not just your major. Backgrounds in education, business, design, or policy are a plus.
You’re a doer. You like taking initiative, figuring things out as you go, and don’t shy away from the unknown — especially if it means building something meaningful.
Design-thinker at heart. You’re comfortable with prototyping, iterating, and pivoting — and you actually enjoy it.
Project-juggler pro. You’re organized, thrive on to-do lists, and can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
People-whisperer. Whether it's anchoring a session or writing an email to a partner org, you know how to connect, listen, and communicate with clarity and warmth.
Data + documentation nerd (in the best way). You believe well-organized spreadsheets and clear notes make the world go round. Data hygiene is your thing
Responsibilities
Keep the engine running:
Support and execute project plans designed by the Labs team — breaking big ideas into smooth, phase-wise action. You’ll coordinate with multiple stakeholders to make things happen, on time and with intention.
Be the voice of Labs:
Help deliver timely, thoughtful communication to program participants so they feel informed, engaged, and excited throughout their journey with us.
Team up with Comms:
Work closely with our communications team to make sure the world knows what we’re building — from campaigns to reports, and everything in between.
Track what matters:
Support our internal monitoring and evaluation systems, keep databases tidy, and make sure we have the right information to make the right decisions.
Be everyone’s favorite point of contact:
Coordinate with facilitators, coaching partners, schools, and other organizations — in online meetings, in-person touchpoints, and 1:1 check-ins.
Keep the finances flowing:
Help make sure our invoicing, disbursals, and payment tracking are accurate, timely, and clean.
