Qualification & Experiences
-2-3+ years of relevant experience with fundraising, consulting, data analytics or related fields with external client interaction.
-Excellent project management skills, and data analysis skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Other capabilities required in this role: Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, deep attention to detail and orientation towards ownership and initiative, and a continuous learning mindset.
Responsibilities
1.Systems & Processes:
-Advise and audit fundraising systems to ensure quality control and drive excellence.
-Liaise with Finance and Program teams to streamline fundraising needs.
=Develop and implement SOPs and processes to address team challenges.
-Lead implementation of a CRM for donor data management.
2.Finance & Documentation:
-Track and manage fundraising budgets, cash-flow projections (₹10+Cr), and program costing strategies.
-Monitor fundraising goals, funded/unfunded projects, and maintain budget tracking for programs.
-Oversee proposal, budget, MOU, compliance, and reporting documentation.
3.Compliance & Audit:
-Maintain the Knowledge Management System and income–expense tracker in line with CSR/statutory requirements.
-Manage donor MOU processing and coordinate programmatic/financial donor audits.
3.Donor Engagement & Pipeline Development:
-Coordinate donor engagement activities throughout the year.
-Research and pursue alternative funding sources (grants, retail fundraising, DIBs, SSEs, fellowships, etc.).
-Support drafting and data collation for periodic donor reports.
