Qualification & Experiences

● 3+ years of experience in recruitment, outreach, program management, or similar roles.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive execution in a full-time role.
● Comfort working with data, tracking metrics, and deriving actionable insights.
● Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to operate with ownership and accountability in a time-bound role.
● Experience in education, entrepreneurship, or the social impact sector is
preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Pipeline Development
● Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, securing at least 50 high-potential
candidates by December 2026 for the 2027 recruitment cycle.
● Develop and execute a 6-month recruitment and cultivation plan with clear
monthly targets.
● Identify and implement 2–3 sourcing channels (partnerships, events etc) to engage high-potential entrepreneurs.

Data Analysis & Systems
● Analyse insights from the past two recruitment cycles in collaboration with the Incubation team.
● Track and report on weekly pipeline metrics

Stakeholder & Partnership Management
● Collaborate with the Incubation team to integrate learnings into the current recruitment strategy.
● Work with the Government Partnerships team to develop a plan of action for sourcing PPP entrepreneurs.
● Strengthen 3-5 high-value org partnerships contributing consistent pipeline inflow.
● Support Circle U team in strategy and planning for the 2027 recruitment
campaign.

Expected Outcomes (End of 6 Months):
● 50+ high-potential candidates identified and engaged for the 2027 recruitment cycle by December 2026.
● Clear integration of insights from previous recruitment cycles into current strategy.
● A defined PPP recruitment approach in collaboration with the Government Partnerships team.
● Documented and functional recruitment tracking systems.
● A clear, execution-ready project plan for the 2027 Recruitment Campaign, developed with the Outreach team.
● Completed hiring and onboarding of Associate - Recruitment

Recruitment Strategy & Pipeline

Summary

The Consultant – Recruitment Strategy & Pipeline will be responsible for managing and strengthening The Circle’s recruitment efforts during a critical transition period. The primary focus of this role is to build a strong, high-quality recruitment pipeline for the 2027–2029 cohorts across The Circle’s programs.

This is a 6-month, full-time, execution-focused consulting role requiring a structured, data-driven, and proactive approach to identifying and engaging entrepreneurs and educators. The consultant will ensure continuity in recruitment while driving stronger alignment across Incubation, Circle U, and Labs.
