Summary
As Manager, Circle U, you will contribute to the design and execution of a high-quality
teacher training program to prepare educators to effectively serve low-income
communities across India. You will play a critical role in project planning, program
management, and the design and facilitation of learning experiences for teachers and
teacher coaches. By fostering strong relationships and using data-driven insights, you
will continuously enhance the program’s quality to develop skilled educators, equipped
to serve children in the most effective way.
Responsibilities
As The Manager, Circle U, you will:
-Contribute to the design and execution of program operations, curriculum, and
logistics for effective implementation.
-Play a critical role in project planning for the program, including strategy, timelines,
and successful launch.
-Design and facilitate impactful learning experiences and workshops for teacher
and coach participants.
-Use feedback and data to iterate and improve program design.
-Provide coaching and support to teacher and coach participants, ensuring their
professional growth through the program.
-Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners, educators, and
participants to foster trust and engagement.

the organisation and program.
Qualification & Experiences
-Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
-Proven track record of driving outcomes in the classroom and a high bar of instructional excellence.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-A commitment to addressing educational inequity and serving low-income communities.
-Strong mobilisation and relationship-building skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
-Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Demonstrates openness to learning, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
-Interest in and a passion for teacher development.
-Previous experience working as a teacher coach or trainer would be a plus, but not necessary.
