Responsibilities

As Manager, Partnerships and School Launch, your main responsibilities will encompass the following:
Collaborating with Entrepreneurs:
●Collaborate with entrepreneurs to align on the most suitable school launch approach and work with them to develop detailed launch plans and milestones.
●Conduct bi-monthly check-ins with entrepreneurs. Work with them to address challenges and provide hands-on support to enable timely execution.
●Emphasize partnership development, helping entrepreneurs build the skills needed to form and maintain strategic relationships.

School Launch Toolkit and Registration:
●Develop comprehensive toolkits for different types of launches, ensuring they are easy to use.
●Assist entrepreneurs in navigating the documentation and registration processes for establishing schools.

Progress Tracking and Reporting:
●Establish processes and reporting systems to help track milestones and on-the-ground progress of entrepreneneurs.

Fundraising Support:
●Help entrepreneurs become CSR ready, thought-partner on funding readiness, and provide on-ground support when needed.
●Support them in their pitch strategy and go in meetings with them as and when needed.

Manager, School Launch

Summary

Power the successful launch of schools for children from low-income households by facilitating the launch process. Oversee a portfolio of schools, collaborate closely with entrepreneurs in the 18-month Circle Incubation, and offer support to ensure they progress.

This hands-on role involves tailoring and implementing school launch strategies from private-public partnerships to school takeovers, with a strong focus on partnerships. The role also includes supporting the entrepreneurs at The Circle with fundraising and building partnerships.
