Qualification & Experiences
●A bachelor’s degree in any field and 3+ years of work experience.
●Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or in cohort/community development.
●Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
●Strong execution abilities as well as exceptional problem-solving skills in order to tailor strategies to unique community needs.
●Experience in toolkit design and implementation, and the ability to create user-friendly resources.
●Self-driven with the ability to work independently and drive progress to goals.
●Familiarity with educational regulations and documentation processes would be a plus.
●Experience working in school operations or any experience of starting/running a school would also be a plus.
Responsibilities
As Manager, School Launch, your main responsibilities will encompass the following:
Collaborating with Entrepreneurs:
Collaborate with entrepreneurs to align on the most suitable school launch approach and work with them to develop detailed launch plans and milestones.
Conduct bi-monthly check-ins with entrepreneurs. Work with them to address challenges and provide hands-on support to enable timely execution.
School Launch Toolkit and Registration:
Develop comprehensive toolkits for different types of launches, ensuring they are easy to use.
Assist entrepreneurs in navigating the documentation and registration processes for establishing schools.
Progress Tracking and Reporting:
Establish processes and reporting systems to help track milestones and on-the-ground progress.
Fundraising strategy:
Work with entrepreneurs to coach them for funding opportunities and support their pitches by offering feedback.

Summary
Power the successful launch of schools for kids from low-income households by facilitating the launch process. You will oversee a portfolio of schools, collaborate closely with entrepreneurs who are part of the 18-month Circle Incubation, and offer support to ensure they are making progress. This hands-on role involves tailoring and implementing school launch strategies case by case, ranging from private-public partnerships to school takeovers and ground-up constructions.
