Qualification & Experiences
●A bachelor’s degree in any field and 4+ years of work experience.
●Strong project management and organizational skills
●Experience leading small teams
●Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities
As The Senior Manager of Operations, you will:
●Design, plan, and iterate a vision for The Circle’s operational backbone.
●Create project plans to begin building the foundations across all four functions - Fundraising, M&E, technology and administration. Design and manage systems across these functions.
●Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to generate new leads for funding.
●Steward relationships with donors and other non-financial supporters.
●Project manage donor relationships and acquisitions.
●Manage a small team of three to lead implementation across all functions.
●Develop a plan of action for technology and manage relationships with vendors.
