Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Professional Experience
● 4–5 years of experience in technology consulting, product management, software implementation, or systems design, preferably in mission-driven or startup environments.
● Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing technology initiatives from strategy to
deployment.

Skills & Competencies
● Strong systems thinking and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Proven ability to translate organizational needs into practical technology solutions.
● Experience with data management tools, dashboards, CRMs, LMS platforms, or workplace
productivity tools is an advantage.
● Strong documentation, project management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

1. Build a Tech Strategy and Long-Term Vision
● Identify and assess the organization’s technology needs across programmatic and operational functions.
● Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across The Circle and its ecosystem to understand
challenges, needs, and aspirations.
● Define problem statements and translate them into clear and structured technology requirements.
● Develop a technology strategy and roadmap aligned with The Circle’s mission and organizational priorities.
● Create implementation roadmaps with milestones, stakeholder roles, and change management plans.

2. User Research, Product Design, and Product Management
● Lead user research across teams to understand workflows, pain points, and technology needs.
● Own product design and management for internal technology solutions from discovery through implementation and adoption.
● Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, workflows, and processes.

3. Lead Implementation of Tech Solutions and Initiatives
● Implement technology solutions for learning, data, and knowledge management across
programs and teams.
● Build and manage implementation plans, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and rollout
processes for technology initiatives.
● Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and developers to ensure timely and
high-quality execution.
● Support system adoption through testing, feedback collection, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

4. Technology Operations and Internal Support
● Manage hardware procurement, inventory, allocation, and replacement processes.
● Manage software subscriptions, renewals, access permissions, and vendor coordination for
organizational tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Typeform, etc.).
● Provide day-to-day technology support to internal teams, including troubleshooting hardware,
software, accounts, and access-related issues.
● Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a technology and systems perspective.

5. External / Partner-School Technology Advisory Support
● Design circle’s incubation network support strategy in collaboration with the program teams.
● Provide advisory support to partner schools on technology selection, implementation
approaches, and effective use of tools.
● Support problem-solving on key technology-related challenges and share relevant guidance or
best practices as needed.

6. IT Policy Development and Implementation
● Review, update, and implement IT policies and technology-use guidelines across the organization.
● Support the team in adopting best practices related to access management, data protection, software usage, and security hygiene.
● Develop and maintain simple processes and documentation to support effective technology
usage across teams.

Summary

The Circle is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology to define and implement the organization’s technology strategy. This role will bridge programmatic innovation and operational efficiency by
building systems, tools, and processes that enable scale, data-driven decision-making, and
collaboration across teams.

You will lead the development of The Circle’s tech vision, drive implementation of tools for learning, data, and knowledge management, and ensure that technology effectively supports organizational and programmatic goals across all Circle verticals.
