anyone here manage volunteers who moved abroad?
quick one. i do sound for events in london and half our volunteer crew has moved abroad in the last two years, mostly gulf and portugal. rota still lives on a spreadsheet and it's a mess now with the timezones.
not after software recommendations. more how you keep people feeling part of it when they're never in the room.

oh and two of them landed in dubai, one still sends me listings off https://emirates.estate/ every time he reckons he's found somewhere cheaper. he reckons that about once a week. anyway if anyone's running a rota that isn't a spreadsheet i'll take it
